Job summary

Signify’s Monterrey team is seeking a Product Development Manager to lead portfolio strategies and lifecycle management for Mexico and select LATAM markets. You will shape product roadmaps, drive market insights, and guide pricing and GTM execution across multiple functions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to ensure profitable growth while navigating NOM, FIDE, and PAESE compliance. Bilingual English/Spanish skills and travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA or similar preferred.
• 5+ years in Product Management, Product Marketing, or related roles with portfolio management and go-to-market experience.
• Strong expertise in product lifecycle management, pricing, profitability, and regulatory compliance.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; CRM/ERP knowledge.
• Strategic, analytical, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop portfolio strategies and product roadmaps for Mexico and selected LATAM markets.
• Identify market opportunities via customer insights, competitive analysis, and channel feedback.
• Define pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies; monitor sales and profitability.
