Job summary

Signify in Monterrey, a unit of the world leader in lighting, seeks a Product Development Manager to shape portfolio strategies and roadmaps for Mexico and selected Latin American markets, managing the full lifecycle from opportunity to launch.

You will lead pricing, positioning, and go‑to‑market plans; monitor sales and profitability; ensure regulatory compliance (NOM, FIDE, PAESE); and drive cross‑functional projects with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management, Product Marketing, Category Management, or Business Development.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or postgraduate studies preferred.
• Strong expertise in product lifecycle management, market analysis, business case development, pricing, profitability, and regulatory compliance (NOM, FIDE, PAESE). Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required; CRM/ERP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop portfolio strategies and product roadmaps for Mexico and selected Latin American markets; manage full lifecycle from opportunity identification to launch and profitable growth.
• Identify market opportunities through customer insights, competitive analysis, and channel feedback; develop business cases, financial models, and expansion initiatives.
• Define pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies; monitor sales, market share, and profitability to drive market penetration and sustainable growth.
• Oversee product certifications and compliance with NOM, FIDE, PAESE, and other applicable industry standards and market-entry requirements.
• Lead product commercialization projects in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain; engage customers and channel partners.
