Job summary

Signify in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking a Product Development Manager to shape portfolio strategies and roadmaps for Mexico and selected Latin American markets. You will manage the full lifecycle from opportunity identification to launch, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain.

You will drive pricing, go-to-market plans and profitability while ensuring regulatory compliance and market-entry readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management, Product Marketing, Category Management, or Business Development, including portfolio management, commercialization, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Lighting, electrical, industrial, or construction industry experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; CRM/ERP knowledge preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 20-30% domestically and internationally across Mexico and Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Develop portfolio strategies and product roadmaps for Mexico and selected Latin American markets, managing full lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Identify market opportunities through customer insights, competitive analysis, and channel feedback; build business cases and expansion plans.
• Define pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies; monitor sales, market share, and profitability to drive growth.
• Oversee product certifications and regulatory compliance (NOM, FIDE, PAESE).
• Lead cross-functional projects with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain; engage customers and partners.
