Qualifications

• 10+ years transforming large enterprise services delivery.
• 5+ years orchestrating enterprise-scale operations.
• Proven ability to influence diverse executive teams.
• Hands-on understanding of AI-driven security workflows.
• Experience building scalable delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication to both engineers and C-suite.
• Deep knowledge of modern cybersecurity architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own regional delivery alignment and governance of COE methodologies.
• Ensure PS/CS/S&O alignment with unified delivery frameworks.
• Serve as regional escalation point for complex delivery challenges.
• Enforce end-to-end customer journeys from deployment to value.
• Design repeatable delivery models using AI insights.
• Partner with regional sales and GTM to match delivery with deals.
• Forecast capacity, manage risks, and drive KPI-tracked improvements.
• Enable field teams on new features and product capabilities.
• Capture field telemetry to influence product roadmaps.
