Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager, Multifamily who owns paid media for a book of multifamily clients, shaping the budget, strategy, and the narrative when clients ask why.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, set budgets, run tests, and track conversions with GA4/Tag Manager. You’ll present 90-day roadmaps and quarterly plans to clients, driving growth and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
