Blacksmith Agency LLC is a remote-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager, Multifamily who owns paid media for multifamily clients and guides budgets, roadmaps and the narrative when clients ask why. You are the strategic voice at the table and you make the calls.

You will lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage bidding, testing, and attribution while crafting the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
