Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Multifamily you own paid media for multifamily clients, guiding budget, strategy, and client narrative on calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, set roadmaps for 90 days and quarterly reviews, and drive long-term client growth.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with multiple clients.
• Agency experience across several clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Multifamily or multi-location paid media is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for multifamily accounts.
• Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, testing, and know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Create 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and explain the data on client calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Multifamily you own paid media for a book of multifamily clients (multifamily owners and property management groups running large portfolios): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
