Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a PPC Manager, Multifamily to own paid media for a book of multifamily clients. You will lead targeting, budget calls, roadmaps, and the narrative behind the numbers during client calls.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding and testing, and drive long-term account growth while maintaining a strategic voice at the table for US clients on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
