Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta
• Proven track record of improving ROAS or CPA for campaigns
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for multifamily accounts
• Manage budget, bidding, targeting, and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and articulate the story behind performance
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships
