Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a PPC Manager, Multifamily, to own paid media for multifamily clients across US remote teams. You will lead targeting, budgeting and narrative during client calls, acting as the strategic voice.

The role demands hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta, agency background, and clear English on live calls with US clients; prior multifamily or multi-location experience is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
