Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set targeting, budgets, and the narrative when clients ask why; you are the strategic voice in the room.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, own conversion tracking with GA4 and Tag Manager, and craft 90-day roadmaps with clear numbers and outcomes for calls with clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta
• Agency experience across several clients
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause a underperforming campaign.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client, and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
