Job summary

MotoSport in Mexico is seeking an Operations associate to deliver concierge-level customer service via phone, chat, and email. You will share expert knowledge about gear, motorcycles, and leading brands while helping riders with orders, returns, and shipping.

This full-time position emphasizes solving problems, building relationships, and staying current with product knowledge through vendor-sponsored workshops. Home office is supported.

Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) required.
• Power sports industry experience preferred.
• Passion for outdoor activities and customer service.
• +1 year customer service or retail experience required.
• Harley-Davidson brand knowledge.
• Snowmobiles knowledge.
• ATV/UTV riding experience.
• Able to use CRM and contact center systems.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Typing speed 30+ WPM.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong time-management and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-level customer service to riders.
• Assist customers with general product inquiries.
• Handle interactions via phone, chat, and email.
• Resolve order-related issues (returns, shipping, status).
• Proactively follow up with customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with riders.
• Demonstrate autonomy using internal systems.
• Collaborate with a team passionate about powersports.
• Build product knowledge through ongoing training.
