Job summary

BikesOnline is seeking a dedicated remote Sales Agent to join our Sales department. You will provide outstanding sales support to customers and our US Sales Supervisor.

Present bikes and accessories, and convert inquiries into sales through product recommendations and targeted offers (B2C). The role requires strong English communication, experience in sales or consultative service, and proficiency with CRM systems, Excel/Sheets, and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in bicycle sales or consultative customer service.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.
• Proficient with CRM systems and data reporting.
• Ability to work remotely with disciplined time management.
• Familiarity with Excel/Sheets and basic AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell bikes based on customer needs and inquiries.
• Reach out to leads by phone, live chat, or email with offers to boost conversion.
• Sell products using solid arguments and value propositions.
• Maintain positive relationships to encourage future sales.
• Achieve sales targets within the agreed timelines.
• Contribute to market analysis and sales tracking and reporting.
• Maintain accurate customer records and reports in the CRM.
• Attend weekly meetings with the Sales Supervisor.
