Hireframe seeks a PSO Technical Project Engineer to lead end-to-end CCaaS/UCaaS platform implementations, managing onboarding projects from 30 to 90 days. You will configure systems, support integrations, and ensure a smooth go-live with strong client-facing communication.

You will drive requirements, design solutions, coordinate across IT, PM, and support teams in a remote, cross-functional environment, and own the implementation lifecycle from start to finish.

Formación

• Experience with CCaaS/UCaaS platforms and SaaS onboarding.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle implementation projects (30–90 days) from kickoff to go-live and hypercare.
• Own and manage 1–2 concurrent client implementations.
• Conduct project scoping, requirements gathering, and solution design with clients.
• Configure and deploy CCaaS/UCaaS platforms and perform system provisioning.
• Manage API integrations and live UAT testing.
• Facilitate client onboarding sessions, training, and workshops.
• Coordinate with IT, PM, and support teams to ensure delivery.
• Create implementation docs and playbooks.
• Identify risks and troubleshoot deployment issues.
