Job summary

Voxidea invites a Personal Injury Paralegal to join our fully remote team supporting US law firms. You will draft pleadings and motions, perform in-depth legal research, and liaise with clients while maintaining meticulous case files.

Located in Latin America, you work independently on multiple cases, with a laptop and stable internet. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in a US PI firm, a Law degree, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in a US Personal Injury firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Residency in Latin America.
• Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017+).

Responsibilities

• Draft, prepare, and review legal documents for personal injury cases.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research focusing on police records and medical files.
• Communicate with clients and answer inquiries about claims.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure timely filings.
• Assist attorneys with administrative tasks and provide case updates.
• Coordinate collection and delivery of essential case documents.
