Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Litigation Paralegal based in Mexico for a fully remote role supporting a US legal team from intake through trial prep. You will draft pleadings, manage discovery, coordinate depositions, and maintain organized case files, working with clients, counsel, courts and witnesses.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in US civil litigation, strong drafting, and excellent English, with experience using AI tools and common e-filing systems.

Qualifications

• Five+ years as paralegal or attorney in US civil litigation.
• Experience supporting US civil litigation from intake to trial.
• Proficient drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Familiarity with state/federal filing systems and deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support civil litigation matters from intake through trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, notices, discovery requests and responses.
• Prepare exhibits, deposition materials, case summaries, and damages documents.
• Manage discovery and document production.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Maintain organized, up-to-date digital case files.
• Conduct legal and factual research to support active matters.
• Use case management and document management systems to organize workflows.
• Ensure filings and deadlines are met with high accuracy.
