Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional paralegal experience
• 2+ years as a personal injury paralegal in a US law firm
• Strong knowledge of US personal injury procedures and case lifecycle
• Experience organizing medical records, insurance docs and evidence
• Proven ability to draft settlement documentation and pleadings
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to use AI tools to support workflows
• Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office
• Willingness to work US business hours
• Stable employment history with tenure in prior roles

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in plaintiff-side PI cases from intake to settlement or litigation.
• Conduct client intake and collect accident, injury, insurance, and medical history details.
• Organize medical records, bills, police reports, insurance records, and evidence.
• Maintain regular client communication on treatment, progress, and milestones.
• Coordinate with medical providers, insurers, opposing counsel, and experts.
• Prepare settlement demands, documents, and case summaries.
