Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a seasoned Estate Planning & Probate Paralegal for a fully remote role supporting a U.S. legal team from Mexico. You will draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives, while handling probate pleadings and court filings.

You will coordinate case administration, track deadlines, and maintain digital files with strong attention to detail. You will interact with attorneys, clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and other stakeholders, ensuring

Qualifications

• Five+ years as a paralegal, lawyer, or attorney in US estate planning or probate.
• Experience drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, pleadings and filings.
• Experience working with US attorneys and clients.
• Strong legal writing and document preparation skills.
• Proficient with case management software and cloud tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, draft, and organize estate planning documents including wills and trusts.
• Draft probate petitions, notices, inventories, and court filings.
• Assist attorneys with probate, trust and estate administration.
• Coordinate asset information, distributions, and beneficiaries.
• Communicate with clients and financial institutions for case updates.
• Prepare correspondence and filing packages; monitor deadlines and milestones.
• Maintain organized digital case files and records.
• Coordinate document execution, notarization, and signing procedures.
• Conduct legal research on estate planning and probate topics.
• Use case management systems following established procedures.
