Job summary

Remote Talent LATAM is helping a leading North American digital marketing agency hire a Performance Strategist to drive demand generation for B2B SaaS and fintech clients. The role is hands-on, requires building strategy, optimizing campaigns in Google, LinkedIn and Meta, and presenting results to U.S.

clients. You will mentor juniors, lead client meetings, and manage 3–5 accounts from a remote LATAM-based setup.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Meta Ads)
• Experience with B2B SaaS, technology, or fintech clients
• Experience managing paid media budgets of $100K+ per month

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage paid media strategies across Google/LinkedIn/Meta.
• Launch, optimize, and manage campaigns directly within the ad platforms.
• Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Track KPIs such as CPL, CAC, MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, pipeline, and revenue.
• Work with data and measurement teams for advanced reporting or dashboards.
• Lead client meetings, performance reviews, and strategy discussions.
• Explain performance results and recommendations clearly to U.S. clients and stakeholders.
• Build media plans, pacing plans, and growth strategies for client accounts.
• Review and QA work by junior performance specialists.
• Provide guidance to junior team members.
• Manage a portfolio of approximately 3–5 clients.
