Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgeting, roadmap and client storytelling on calls with US-based clients.

You bring 3+ years in Google Ads and Meta, agency experience across multiple clients, and clear spoken English for live calls. This is a remote, full-time role serving clients in the USA, Canada, Latin America or South Africa.

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta
• Agency experience managing multiple clients
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls

Mansioni

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
