Job summary

Thrive Digital is seeking a Performance Manager to lead demand generation initiatives for top brands in a remote role based in Mexico. You will shape growth strategies, optimize funnels, and drive lead-to-pipeline performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams across media, analytics, and client services.

You will manage high-spend campaigns, mentor junior staff, and contribute to product and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Planned and executed multi-channel, full-funnel performance marketing campaigns with substantial media spends.
• Led teams of 5–10 with direct mentoring and strategic guidance.
• Built and customized dashboards to streamline reporting and track KPIs.
• Developed or improved internal initiatives adopted company-wide to raise performance standards.
• Led pacing, forecasting, and reporting with business objectives and C‑suite communication.
• Managed client relationships with multiple stakeholders and delivered strategic recommendations.
