Blair Commercial Painting, LLC is seeking a Remote Painting Estimator / Takeoff Specialist to support our estimating and sales process. The role requires hands-on experience completing painting takeoffs, reading plans, and preparing accurate estimates for commercial opportunities.

Candidates must read plans accurately, work remotely, and communicate in English. ZZ Takeoff software experience is required; HubSpot is a plus.

• Collaborate remotely with Blair Commercial Painting team members to help keep opportunities moving forward.

Location: Remote

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Blair Commercial Painting is looking for a Remote Painting Estimator / Takeoff Specialist to support our estimating and sales process. This role is built for someone with hands-on experience completing painting takeoffs, reading plans, organizing project details, and helping prepare accurate estimates for commercial painting opportunities.

This is a remote role for someone who can work independently, communicate clearly in English, and consistently produce accurate, timely takeoff work. Experience with ZZ Takeoff software is required, and experience with HubSpot is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience completing painting takeoffs is required
• Experience using ZZ Takeoff software is required
• Commercial painting estimating or takeoff experience is strongly preferred
• Strong ability to read plans, drawings, and project documents
• Detail-oriented and accurate with measurements, quantities, and scope notes
• Advanced English communication skills are required
• Able to work remotely, stay organized, and manage time independently
• Comfortable using online tools, shared files, and company software
• HubSpot CRM experience is a plus
• Reliable, responsive, and able to follow through on assigned work

Pay & Benefits

• Full-time, direct-hire position
• 40 hours per week
• Pay: $8.00 to $9.50 per hour, depending on experience, with room for growth
