OSA Outsourcing Advantage is seeking detail-oriented Construction Estimators & Project Coordinators to support US-based construction projects from a remote setup. You will prepare cost estimates, perform quantity takeoffs, review drawings, and coordinate project documentation throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires strong analytical skills, ability to read construction drawings, and proficiency in Excel.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in construction estimating or project coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare accurate cost estimates based on project plans and scope.
• Perform quantity takeoffs for construction projects.
• Review blueprints and technical specifications.
• Coordinate project documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders).
• Track schedules and budgets through project lifecycle.
• Assist project managers with planning and procurement.
• Maintain organized project records and documentation.
• Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Research material and labor costs to support estimates.
• Ensure estimates and documentation are completed on schedule.
