Agent is seeking a Commercial Construction Estimator to support U.S. projects. The role focuses on PlanSwift takeoffs and accurate cost estimates for Division 9 interior trades, including drywall, metal stud framing, acoustics, and painting.

You will work with a lean U.S.-based team in a fully remote setting from LATAM, delivering precise bids and maintaining estimating records to meet tight deadlines.

Formación

• 3–8+ years of experience estimating U.S. commercial construction projects.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with PlanSwift and estimating Division 9 scopes.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Perform accurate material and quantity takeoffs using PlanSwift.
• Prepare detailed estimates for Division 9 commercial construction projects.
• Estimate scopes including drywall, metal stud framing, wood framing, acoustic ceilings, painting, and related finishes.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
• Apply company labor rates, pricing, and estimating standards to prepare competitive bids.
• Collaborate with the Head Estimator to clarify project scope and pricing.
• Maintain organized estimating documentation and bid records.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
