Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in customer loyalty, CRM, or digital marketing with retention focus.
• Proven experience designing and managing loyalty programs.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal Spanish communication.

Responsibilities
