Everforth Apex Systems Mexico is seeking a Mid Microsoft 365 Platform Support Analyst to support and maintain enterprise collaboration, automation, endpoint management, and analytics platforms within the Microsoft ecosystem.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams to resolve incidents and improve platform reliability.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 platforms in a corporate environment.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune.
• Experience supporting Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse.
• Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Power Query, Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of permission management, access controls, and user administration.
• Experience with incident management and ticketing processes.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Support administration and day-to-day operations of Microsoft 365 services.
• Manage user provisioning, permissions, access requests, and security-related issues.
• Monitor platform health and assist with issue escalation when required.
• Support Power Automate workflows and Power Apps solutions.
• Assist with Dataverse-related configurations, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Troubleshoot Power BI environments, reports, and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot data refresh, connectivity, and reporting issues.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure reporting platform stability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
