Angelinas Mixology Bar is seeking an innovative Jefe de Barra y Mixólogo de Autor to lead the beverage program from anywhere as a fully remote role. The ideal candidate will craft signature cocktails, develop creative menus, train bar staff virtually, and optimize inventory while ensuring top-quality presentation.

You will oversee sourcing, recipe development, and beverage costs, staying ahead of trends and maintaining strict health and safety standards to elevate guest experiences at a premier

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Head Bartender/Bar Manager/Lead Mixologist.
• Deep knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and garnishes.
• Proven ability to develop innovative and balanced cocktail recipes.
• Experience in inventory management, cost control, and menu engineering for bar programs.
• Strong virtual communication, training, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects remotely.

Responsabilités

• Conceptualize, develop, and execute a cutting-edge cocktail menu featuring signature creations and expertly crafted classics.
• Source and evaluate spirits, mixers, and garnishes, developing relationships with suppliers.
• Create detailed recipes and preparation guides for all menu items.
• Conduct virtual training sessions and develop resources for bar staff to ensure consistent quality and presentation.
• Develop and implement inventory management systems and procedures for bar supplies.
• Monitor beverage costs and implement strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining quality.
• Stay ahead of mixology trends, techniques, and emerging spirits worldwide.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations for beverage preparation.
• Collaborate with management to create themed beverage promotions and special events.
• Maintain an innovative approach to cocktail presentation and garnish artistry.
