El puesto es 100% remoto, con posibilidad de desarrollo creativo, formación de personal de barra a distancia y gestión de inventarios para optimizar costos y calidad.

Se valora experiencia en menús temáticos, presentación de bebidas y liderazgo en entornos virtuales.

Formación

• Extensa experiencia como Jefe de Barra, Bar Manager o Lead Mixologist.
• Conocimiento profundo de licores, vinos, cervezas, licores y ingredientes sin alcohol.
• Capacidad probada para desarrollar recetas innovadoras y equilibradas.
• Experiencia en gestión de inventarios, control de costos y ingeniería de menús para barras.
• Habilidades de comunicación virtual, formación y liderazgo.
• Capacidad para trabajar de forma remota y gestionar proyectos independientemente.

Responsabilidades

• Conceptualizar y ejecutar un menú de cócteles con creaciones signature y clásicos.
• Localizar y evaluar licores, mixers y guarniciones, estableciendo relaciones con proveedores.
• Crear recetas detalladas y guías de preparación para todos los ítems del menú.
• Llevar sesiones de formación virtual y desarrollar recursos para el personal de barra.
• Desarrollar e implementar sistemas de inventario para suministros de barra.
• Monitorear costos de bebidas y maximizar la rentabilidad sin perder calidad.
• Mantenerse al día con tendencias de mixología a nivel mundial.
• Garantizar cumplimiento de normativas de salud y seguridad en la preparación de bebidas.
• Colaborar con la dirección para promociones temáticas y eventos especiales.
• Mantener una presentación de cócteles y garnishes innovadora.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Head Bartender, Bar Manager, or Lead Mixologist, with a strong portfolio of original cocktail creations.

• Proven ability to develop innovative and balanced cocktail recipes.
