Angelinas Mixology Bar is seeking an innovative Jefe de Barra y Mixólogo de Autor to lead the beverage program from anywhere as a fully remote role. Formación

• Extensive experience as Head Bartender/Bar Manager/Lead Mixologist.
• Deep knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and garnishes.
• Proven ability to develop innovative and balanced cocktail recipes.
• Experience in inventory management, cost control, and menu engineering for bar programs.
• Strong virtual communication, training, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects remotely.
