IDT is seeking a User Acquisition Jr. Manager to join our marketing team remotely for the Latam region. You will help execute and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and others, focusing on driving user growth for Boss Money and Boss Revolution.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in UA or growth, strong analytics, and fluent English. This role emphasizes data-driven optimization, creative testing, and collaboration with designers to align assets with app messaging.

Formación

• 3+ years managing paid campaigns in UA or growth roles.
• B2C app acquisition experience.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Support execution of paid campaigns across multiple channels and optimize daily.
• Develop channel strategies to meet CPI, CPA, ROAS targets.
• Analyze the full funnel from impression to downstream conversions.
• Support creative testing and establish a structured testing framework.
• Monitor creative performance and UA optimization impact.
• Identify opportunities by turning data insights into actions.
• Collaborate with designers to align ad assets with messaging.
• Learn and experiment with new channels and concepts.
• Leverage AI tools to assist marketing tasks.
