Uber LATAM seeks an Ad Operations Manager to lead regional campaign execution and creative operations across LATAM, including Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Argentina and Colombia. You will own regional delivery excellence, partnering with sales and leadership to align campaigns with commercial priorities and growth targets.

You will manage a regional team, ensure efficient campaign execution, and bridge Sales, Ad Operations, Product, and Engineering to deliver advertiser success.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 8+ years of digital advertising, Ad Operations, or AdTech.
  • 3+ years of people management experience with regional or multi-market teams.
  • 4+ years hands-on Ad Operations, campaign management, or programmatic strategy.
  • Experience operating in a regional or multi-country LATAM role.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with reporting experience.

Responsabilidades

  • Oversee end-to-end campaign lifecycle: trafficking, setup, QA, launch, optimization, reporting across display, performance, and programmatic channels.
  • Maintain best-in-class campaign management practices; meet advertiser KPIs and SLAs.
  • Lead in-flight performance analysis; provide actionable insights, optimizations, and upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to ad policies, brand safety standards, and legal requirements.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a regional team; set goals and performance metrics.
  • Build scalable processes and playbooks to support efficiency and expansion.
  • Provide POVs on digital advertising trends and regional market dynamics.

About the Role

In this role as LATAM Ad Operations Manager, you will lead Uber Advertising's campaign execution and creative operations across the LATAM region, including Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, and Colombia. You will serve as the regional owner of campaign delivery excellence, ensuring high-quality execution, performance, and scalability across all advertising products.

As the primary representative of the Campaign & Creative Services team in LATAM, you will work closely with Country Sales Managers and regional business leaders to align campaign strategy with commercial priorities, revenue goals, and market-specific needs. You will translate business objectives into operational execution, ensuring that campaign delivery directly support growth targets.

You will lead a regional team responsible for ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and optimized for performance. You will also play a critical role in bridging Sales, Ad Operations, Product, and Engineering to deliver best-in-class advertiser outcomes.

What You’ll Do
Regional Leadership & Business Alignment
  • Act as the regional lead for Campaign & Creative Services across LATAM, ensuring consistency, scalability, and excellence in campaign execution
  • Partner closely with Country Sales Managers and regional leadership to align campaign delivery with revenue targets, pipeline priorities, and market-specific strategies
  • Identify regional opportunities for growth and efficiency, proactively shaping operational strategy to support business expansion
Campaign Execution & Operations
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including campaign trafficking, setup, QA, launch, optimization, and reporting across display, performance, and programmatic channels
  • Ensure best-in-class campaign management practices, delivering against advertiser KPIs and SLAs

  • Maintain strict adherence to ad policies, brand safety standards, and legal requirements
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing regional team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Set clear goals and performance metrics aligned with regional business objectives
  • Build scalable processes and playbooks to support team efficiency and regional expansion
Industry Expertise & Thought Leadership
  • Provide POVs on digital advertising, programmatic trends, and regional market dynamics, translating insights into actionable strategies
  • Stay ahead of industry developments to continuously evolve campaign and creative services capabilities
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of experience in digital advertising, Ad Operations, or AdTech
  • 3+ years of people management experience, including leading regional or multi-market teams
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Ad Operations, campaign management, or programmatic strategy
  • Proven experience operating in a regional or multi-country role, preferably across LATAM
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in performance optimization and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in audience-based advertising and/or programmatic ecosystems
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools
  • Hands-on experience with AdTech platforms and ad servers (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, DV360, The Trade Desk, Adobe)
  • Deep understanding of publisher monetization and programmatic ecosystems, including GAM, header bidding, and digital media operations
  • Experience with DMPs/CDPs, analytics tools (Google Analytics, ComScore), clean rooms (Snowflake, Habu), and audience marketplaces (LiveRamp, Experian, Oracle)
  • Strong operational knowledge of brand safety, ad viewability, and fraud prevention
  • Experience working closely with Sales teams to drive revenue outcomes
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional advertiser and user experiences
