Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency LLC is seeking a remote, globally-scoped marketer who can own DTC accounts end-to-end. You will drive demand, manage budgets, and defend strategic decisions to clients. You will optimize Google Ads, PMax, and brand campaigns, and own feed, tracking, and landing-page work.

Candidates should be able to speak to CPA/ROAS lift with real multi-brand experience. Remote role, US Eastern hours required for client calls; you’ll collaborate with a distributed team and leverage AI tools

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads management with real spend on DTC/eCommerce
• Ability to own client relationships and present plans and results
• Strong understanding of attribution models and incremental lift

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts from strategy to client communication
• Audit accounts before touching them: structure, terms, bidding, feed health, tracking
• Differentiate brand vs non-brand campaigns and report separately
• Understand and optimize PMax, avoid misattributing incremental CAC
• Manage feed, merchant center, and product data quality
• Own tracking setup across GA4, GTM, and Shopify integrations
• Build or deploy landing pages and scripts to remove constraints
• Work with Claude or similar AI tools to build scalable assets
