Qualifications

• 4+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience with a focus on proactive sourcing.
• Based in LatAm or able to source LatAm markets.
• Specialize in one domain: Executive Assistants, Marketing, or Technical roles.
• Proven ability to generate candidates proactively, not just screen inbound applicants.
• Strong written communication in English; Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own proactive sourcing for your specialization, building targeted strategies by role context and LatAm dynamics.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, referrals, and outbound methods; map talent pools before roles saturate.
• Write personalized outreach to drive strong response rates and iterate on messaging and channels.
• Build authentic candidate relationships and keep candidates engaged through early-stage conversations and handoffs.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define success profiles and screen for signal over volume.
• Keep sourcing pipelines clean, current, and well-documented in the ATS; monitor pipeline health.
• Flag market risks early and adjust sourcing plans accordingly.
• Share insights and market feedback to inform hiring decisions.
