Bluelight is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead software development initiatives across multiple workstreams, aligning deliverables with client expectations and regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality solutions. The role requires strong communication with stakeholders and experience with Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and nearshore US-LATAM delivery teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with critical-path management.
• Experience with risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies.
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing reporting.
• Experience with nearshore US-LATAM delivery teams.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• PM certifications (PMP/CSM/PSM) beneficial.
• Ability to overlap US business hours.
