Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. De R.L. De C.V. is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow high-value client relationships in a fully remote role across Mexico, with a focus on opportunities originating from Saltillo, Coahuila region.

You will develop strategic account plans, serve as the primary contact for key accounts, and drive upsell/cross-sell initiatives while aligning solutions to client objectives. Strong communication and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management or enterprise sales.
• Proven track record in retaining and growing key accounts.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, or enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for a portfolio of key clients.
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned key accounts and build trusted relationships.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Understand client objectives and articulate how solutions deliver value.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess satisfaction and growth potential.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client service.
• Negotiate renewals and expansions to maximize account value.
• Monitor account health and mitigate risks; drive retention and growth.
