Touch Support is hiring a Junior IT Support Specialist to provide remote assistance to US-based clients. You will handle chat, email, and phone inquiries, assist in onboarding, and resolve technical and billing questions while learning Linux/Windows environments.

The role emphasizes customer care, problem solving, and a proactive attitude, with on-going training and certifications paid by the company. Remote work from anywhere in Mexico is supported.

Formación

• Fluent English required for US-based clients.
• High school diploma required.
• Interest in Linux/Windows admin or troubleshooting.
• Solution-oriented mindset and passion for helping customers.
• Willingness to learn quickly and grow with the company.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to and resolve customer questions via chat, email, and phone.
• Assist in onboarding, educating, and supporting customers.
• Help customers with technical and billing-related questions.
• Act as a customer advocate by relaying unique questions and challenges.
• Provide outstanding, personalized customer experience to increase loyalty.
