Directive Consulting is seeking a motivated IT Intern to support our IT team in a remote-first environment. This part-time role (4 hours/day) offers hands-on experience in IT support, security, asset management, and onboarding/offboarding processes.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organized, and eager to learn while contributing to our IT infrastructure. The position reports to the IT Manager and involves collaboration with Finance and IT colleagues to resolve tickets and document processes.

Formación

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic understanding of IT systems and tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and knowledge base platforms (e.g., Notion) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with User Onboarding/Offboarding across platforms like Google Workspace, Krisp, Zoom, Slack, and LastPass.
• Support Inventory and Asset Tracking for IT hardware and software assets.
• Handle IT tickets including password resets, app installations, and user management in Slack.
• Create and update IT documentation and how-to guides on the Notion IT page.
• Provide general administrative support to the IT team.
