Directive Consulting is seeking an IT Intern for a part-time 4-hour daily role to support the IT team. You will assist with onboarding/offboarding, asset tracking, and ticket management while gaining hands-on experience in IT support, security, and knowledge base maintenance.

Ideal candidates are pursuing or have completed an IT/CS degree, with basic IT systems knowledge (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom) and strong organizational and communication skills.

Formación

• Pursuing or recently completed IT/CS degree in a related field.
• Basic understanding of IT systems and tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and Notion is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with User Onboarding/Offboarding across platforms (Google Workspace, Krisp, Zoom, Slack, LastPass).
• Inventory and asset tracking to manage hardware/software and licenses.
• Handle IT tickets including password resets and app installations, routing as needed.
• Update and maintain IT documentation on Notion and knowledge bases.
• Provide general administrative support to the IT team.
