Directive Consulting is seeking an IT Intern to support our IT team in a part-time capacity (4 hours per day). The role reports to the IT Manager and offers hands-on experience in IT support, security, asset management, and onboarding/offboarding processes.

The ideal candidate is pursuing or has completed a degree in IT or Computer Science, with basic knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Krisp, and Notion, plus strong organization and communication skills.

Formación

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Basic understanding of IT systems and tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with Notion for documentation is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard/offboard users in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other platforms.
• Inventory and asset tracking for IT hardware and software.
• Handle IT tickets including password resets and app installations.
• Maintain Notion-based IT documentation and knowledge base updates.
• Provide general administrative support to the IT team.
