Directive Consulting is seeking a motivated IT Intern to support our IT team in a part-time role (4 hours per day). This remote-first position offers hands-on exposure to IT support, security, asset management, and onboarding/offboarding processes at a fast-paced, analytics-driven company.

The ideal candidate is pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology or a related field, has basic IT systems knowledge (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom), strong organizational skills, and

Responsabilidades

• Assist with user onboarding/offboarding in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other platforms.
• Manage IT asset inventory and licenses, ensuring accurate records.
• Handle IT tickets (password resets, app installs) and route to appropriate teams.
• Update Notion pages and IT documentation for the team.
• Provide general administrative support to the IT team as needed.
