Nielsen is seeking a Manager, Installation to lead the Technical Specialist team responsible for remote installation and maintenance of Nielsen panel homes. You will manage schedules, logistics, and coaching to ensure high data integrity and timely delivery.

This role requires 3–5 years of experience, a tech background, strong English, and the ability to work on-site three days a week. You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and support field staff.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven supervisory experience with the ability to manage team volume, quality, and timeliness.
• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) in a technology-based role or equivalent experience.
• Deep understanding of installation procedures, including computer networking (routers, modems, WiFi, etc.).
• High proficiency in English.
• Hybrid Schedule: commitment to working from the office three set days per week.
• Remote Connectivity: stable home internet connection (minimum 80 Mbps upload / 10 Mbps download).
• All candidates must complete a mandatory 4-week Technical Specialist (TS) Training program.

Responsabilidades

• Daily Supervision: Lead the daily activities of Technical Specialists, ensuring remote installations and maintenance align with policy.
• Coaching & Development: Set priorities and provide ongoing coaching to meet deadlines and educate Nielsen families on equipment usage.
• Workflow Coordination: Collaborate with other supervisors to manage team volume and productivity during downtime.
• Project Oversight: Manage installation logistics and schedules, ensuring efficient handling of inbound and outbound calls.
• Technical Problem Solving: Identify and resolve procedural or technical hurdles; assist team in troubleshooting.
• Sample Integrity: Ensure activities protect Nielsen sample integrity through maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Exchange information with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Conflict Resolution: Address sensitive issues with staff and Nielsen panelists.
