Nielsen is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Mexico to turn complex data into actionable operational insights. You will be at the heart of panel operations, using AI to automate workflows, monitor performance, and identify risks before they arise.

You will collaborate across Operations, Tech, Quality, and Workforce Management to keep processes running smoothly and deliver measurable impact. The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, strong SQL, Python, and data tools experience, and

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and experience analyzing operational, quality, or survey data.
• Proficient with AI tools to write queries, summarize data, and automate workflows.
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Tableau, Alteryx, or Google Data Studio.
• Familiarity with data governance, UAT, ticketing systems, or supporting remote teams.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor panel health and key operational metrics using AI insights.
• Design scorecards, predictive models, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Validate data pipelines and ensure high data quality.
• Translate analysis into clear action plans with milestones.
• Collaborate with Operations, Tech, Quality, and Workforce teams.
• Automate documentation and share data insights with stakeholders.
