Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or HR Operations.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, ADP, Gusto, Zenefits.
• Familiarity with U.S. employment and labor compliance.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Excel/Sheets.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience.
• Maintain and audit HRIS records and employee files.
• Support payroll preparation and reconciliation with finance.
• Assist benefits enrollment and open enrollment activities.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws and policies.
• Provide employee support and coordinate HR communications.
