House Buyers of America is seeking a remote Transaction Coordinator to manage acquisitions and dispositions effectively. This contract position offers compensation ranging from $10 to $15 per hour and requires availability from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST, Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years in the settlement/title industry, possess a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and have excellent communication and computer skills. Join a fully remote work environment with opportunities for growth!

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure acquisitions are processed in a timely manner.
• Act as a dedicated representative to customers throughout the process.
• Manage relationships with title companies.
