Job summary

Vertu Agent, LLC. is seeking a Growth Operator to own paid media campaigns and lead generation funnels remotely. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, running creative experiments, and optimizing conversion rates to drive measurable business results.

You will manage campaigns, run A/B tests, optimize landing pages and forms, and report on performance metrics like CPL and CAC. This is a full-time contractor position working with U.S.-based businesses.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, and Lead Generation.
• Strong experience with creative testing, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Hands-on experience improving landing pages, forms, and lead generation funnels.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Advance English level (C1/C2) and US-based experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across lead generation accounts.
• Develop and execute continuous creative testing and A/B testing strategies.
• Identify performance gaps and implement data-driven improvements.
• Optimize landing pages, lead capture forms, surveys, and qualification funnels.
• Monitor CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
• Generate testing hypotheses and identify winning creatives and strategies.
• Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and customer acquisition.
• Prepare weekly performance reports and testing roadmaps.
