Jobgether on behalf of a partner company is seeking a Visa and Immigration Lead based in Mexico. You will shape a technology-driven approach to global immigration, translating regulations into clear, structured rules and scalable workflows across teams.

You will own compliance topics, conduct detailed regulatory research, and provide expert guidance to Sales, Operations, Customer Support, and Customer Success. Remote-friendly and fast-paced.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in visa and immigration compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.
• Ability to translate regulations and legal requirements into clear processes, rules, and workflows.
• Strong analytical and ownership mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Research and interpret international visa and immigration regulations.
• Translate regulatory requirements into structured rules, decision trees, and workflows.
• Provide expert-level compliance guidance to internal Operations teams.
• Collaborate across Sales, Operations, Customer Support, and Customer Success.
• Identify opportunities to improve compliance workflows through automation.
• Stay current with regulatory developments impacting platform logic.
