Jobgether SRL is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator based in Mexico to support end-to-end recruiting operations in a fast-growing tech environment. You will manage interview workflows, maintain recruiting systems, and collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders across locations and time zones.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or similar roles.
• Experience supporting hiring in fast-growing companies.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Experience with ATS like Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workable.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy and reporting on pipelines.
• Support candidate communications with professionalism and responsiveness.
• Assist with offer coordination and onboarding activities.
• Contribute to process improvements and recruiting programs.
