Sur Global in Mexico City is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support hiring and onboarding in a fast-growing startup environment. You will coordinate interviews, prepare offers, run background checks, and enter data in HR systems like Rippling while ensuring a well-documented, positive candidate experience.

You will maintain candidate trackers, identify process gaps, and help improve recruiting workflows as hiring needs evolve.

Formación

2–3 years in recruiting coordination or HR support.
Ability to work with ambiguity and improve processes.
Fluent or near-native English
Strong organization and multi-tasking
Experience with Google Workspace and HR systems
Familiarity with Canva or design tools

Responsabilidades

Coordinate interviews and manage communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Generate offer letters, initiate background checks, and enter data in HR systems (Rippling).
Maintain and update candidate trackers with accurate information.
Identify gaps in recruiting processes and propose improvements as hiring needs evolve.
Set up new hires in HR, payroll, and system access tools.
Assist onboarding planning and ensure tasks/docs are completed.
Manage employee records and support offboarding processes.
Organize team activities and internal communications for new hires.
Serve as the local People Operations contact 1–2 days per week.
