Jobgether SRL in Mexico-based partner company is seeking an E-Commerce Recruiter to support US-based e-commerce and digital businesses. You’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews to offer closure.

You’ll work across commercial, marketing, operations, product, technology, and customer experience, building pipelines with LinkedIn Recruiter and Workable, while aligning with Pacific Time overlap for US business hours.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience recruiting e-commerce or digital roles.
• Fluency in English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workable) and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsabilidades

• Source, screen, and recruit e-commerce professionals for U.S.-based companies across a range of digital commerce functions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake, candidate outreach, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, to closure.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and other sourcing platforms.
• Develop tailored sourcing strategies for roles spanning digital marketing, operations, product, tech, and customer experience.
