Cellmark is seeking a Sales Service Coordinator for its Basic Materials Division. In this fully remote role based in the Mexico City area, you will support order flows and customer deliveries across North America. Your primary responsibilities include managing the order-handling process, communicating with stakeholders, and resolving issues as they arise.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of logistics experience, strong communication skills in English, and is customer-focused. Familiarity with supply chain education and chemical commodities is a plus.

Formación

• 3-5 years’ experience in logistics, trucking, or warehouses.
• Experience working in international trading and domestic sales.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver under tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full order-handling process including import and shipment coordination.
• Communicate daily with internal teams and customers.
• Track shipments and ensure timelines are met.
